Agar Murdoch & Deane was established in 1989 by Mr Ian Agar, formerly of Alex Murdoch and Deane Estate Agency in Belfast.
Ian's daughter, Sara, started out in Estate Agency as a teenager on work experience in the Chichester Street office in Belfast, at a time when Estate Agency was largely driven from the city centre. As trends changed, there was a need for a more local approach and Agar Murdoch & Deane moved to Ballyhackamore in East Belfast and subsequently to our current location here in Comber, County Down.
